Who this website is for
This website is for businesses considering our services. We don't use it to collect enquiries from consumers for the products our clients sell.
What we collect
- Consultation requests: the details you enter in our form, such as your name, company, work email, telephone number, country, industry, approximate advertising spend, sales model and any message.
- Booking details: if you book a time, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you give it, under its own privacy policy.
- Website usage: anonymous, aggregated statistics about page views and button clicks, collected without cookies (see our cookie policy).
- Basic security data: to protect the form from abuse, we process your IP address briefly and store only a one-way hashed version with your request.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare for your consultation and follow up about it.
- To assess whether our services suit your business.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used, in aggregate.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you tick the consent box, your consent to be contacted about your request. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), scheduling (Calendly), and the automation and CRM tools we use to record and follow up enquiries. They process information on our behalf. Some providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete or anonymise enquiries that don't progress within 24 months unless we need them for legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. US residents may have similar rights under their state's privacy laws. To use any of these rights, contact us through our consultation form, writing "Privacy" in the challenge box.
If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
